The U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum will host a series of special programs throughout January.

From January 5 to 10, all children wearing a youth sports jersey receive free admission at the door as part of a Youth Sports Week collaboration with the City of Colorado Springs, Olympic City USA.

First Responders Weekend is January 16-17, with free admission at the door for law enforcement, fire services and emergency medical service providers. The Museum appreciates all that these frontline workers do for the community and invites them for a complimentary visit as a show of our gratitude.

Library Weekend is January 23-24, as the Museum welcomes Pikes Peak Library District members for a discounted admission fee. The PPLD Bookmobile will make an appearance at the Museum over the weekend as PPLD members receive admission at the group rate of $17.95 for adults and $12.95 for children.

“As we look ahead to the Tokyo Games later this year, these are wonderful opportunities for various groups in the community to visit the Museum,” Museum Chief Executive Officer Christopher Liedel said. “We look forward to welcoming these guests and sharing with them the inspiring stories of U.S. Olympic and Paralympic athletes.”

The 60,000-square foot Museum and is considered one of the top places to visit in Colorado, which opened this past summer, has taken extensive measures to provide a safe and contactless environment so that guests can visit with confidence.
