Paralympic Day

Celebrate the first Saturday of the Paris Paralympic Games with us at the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum! Join us for a full day of exciting programming designed to raise awareness about the Paralympic Movement. Experience sports demonstrations, meet some service puppies in training, and enjoy much more!

We will also have live coverage of the Paralympic Games from Paris displayed on our impressive 40-foot LED wall, along with special meet & greets with Paralympic athletes. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to support and learn more about the incredible athletes of the Paralympic Movement.

Billy Lister, a dedicated and inspiring athlete, has overcome incredible challenges to compete at the highest level in cycling. Diagnosed with a brain arteriovenous malformation at age 17, he turned his journey of recovery into one of athletic triumph. Billy represented Team USA at the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games, showcasing his resilience and determination. Join us for an exclusive opportunity to hear his story and learn about his experiences.

Come meet Noah and hear his story at the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum on September 1 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Noah Elliott is a two-time Paralympian and two-time medalist (1 gold, 1 bronze) in snowboarding, having competed at the Paralympic Games Beijing 2022 and Pyeongchang 2018. At 17, Noah had his left leg amputated above the knee due to osteosarcoma, but that didn’t stop him from pursuing his passion. He discovered Paralympic snowboarding through a camp for children with cancer. His World Championships experience includes an impressive tally of seven medals (3 gold, 3 silver, 1 bronze).
