The U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum is excited to announce a new monthly event series called Starting Line Saturdays, which is held on the first Saturday of each month. Guests can enjoy a day filled with interactive experiences, including athlete meet & greets, exclusive artifact demonstrations, and museum wide trivia challenges.
Athlete Meet and Greets // 12 – 1 p.m.
Meet Tyler Carter ‘TC’, a three-time alpine Paralympic skier will be doing a meet and greet with guests from 12 – 1 p.m. He will also being doing a discussion on Paralympic Classification from 1 – 2 p.m. in the Chapman Event Space. Learn more about TC’s discussion here.
Artifact Demonstrations // 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Experience the history, triumphs, and inspiring stories behind some of the most iconic items from past Games.
Team Behind The Team Discussion // 1 – 2 p.m.
Guests will gain an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at what drives Team USA’s success. Team members from the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee, the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Training Center, Olympic City USA, and various National Governing Bodies will visit the museum to share insights into their roles and how they contribute to Team USA’s success.
