Diagnosed with a brain arteriovenous malformation at age 17, he turned his journey of recovery into one of athletic triumph. Billy represented Team USA at the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games, showcasing his resilience and determination. Join us for an exclusive opportunity to hear his story and learn about his experiences.
