The Manager, Membership is responsible for the development, execution, and daily management of the Museum’s membership program, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and donor-centered experience at every stage of the member lifecycle. Working closely with Marketing and Guest Services, the Manager drives program growth through effective communications, compelling member benefits, and exclusive engagement opportunities. By maintaining accurate records, strong workflows, and high service standards, this role supports long-term membership sustainability and strengthens the pipeline for future philanthropic support.
