Starting Line Saturday is a monthly event that happens on the first Saturday of each month, during which guests can participate in athlete meet-and-greets, artifact demonstrations, and museum trivia.
Artifact Demonstrations // 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Meet Ellie Marks // 11– 12 p.m.
Ellie Marks, a 10x Paralympic medalist in Para swimming, will host a meet-and-greet with guests.
Meet Kamal Bey // 11– 12 p.m.
Kamal Bey, a 2024 Olympian in wrestling, will host a meet-and-greet with guests.
Military History Specialty Tour with Ellie Marks & Kamal Bey // 12 – 1 p.m.
Join us on May 3 for the Military History Specialty Tour as we honor the extraordinary impact of service members in sports history. Hear firsthand from Sergeant First Class Ellie Marks, a 10x Paralympic swimmer, and Specialist Kamal Bey, a 2024 Olympic wrestler, as they share their journeys of representing Team USA while serving in the U.S. Army World Class Athlete Program.
